Teltronic’s MCX solution, NovaX, has been recognized by Redes&Telecom magazine as the best project in the category “TETRA or critical communications”. These awards aim to give visibility to projects that are driving the present and shaping the future of communications in Spain.
The jury has valued NovaX’s ability to respond to the growing needs of highly demanding sectors —such as public safety, emergency services, transport or mining— and to evolve from narrowband infrastructures towards broadband technologies capable of supporting new operational services, such as real-time video or the transmission of large volumes of data.
Likewise, the jury has taken into account NovaX’s capacity to address one of the major challenges of critical communications, namely the transition from narrowband systems to broadband. NovaX integrates with existing networks, enabling coexistence and full interoperability between the radio environment and MCX services.

Another aspect highly regarded by the jury of the prestigious magazine has been that it is entirely based on 3GPP standards for MCPTT, MCData and MCVideo services, as well as the fact that it can be deployed over both private 4G/5G networks and operator networks.
The impact of the solution is already tangible, with the first successful deployments carried out in Mexico and Brazil. These projects demonstrate the maturity of NovaX as a robust solution ready to accelerate the evolution towards broadband in critical communications.
