Since 1974, TELTRONIC S.A.U. has been working with a vision of excellence in the design, manufacture, and after sales service of radio communications equipment and systems.
TELTRONIC’s management is focussed on leading and promoting quality, environmental awareness, and labour risk prevention as permanent objectives of our company.
Continuous improvement in all products, processes and services of the company is set as a key strategic objective to achieve customer and employees satisfaction and to accordingly ensure the future of the company.
OUR WORK METHOD
In order to address our objectives successfully, TELTRONIC’s management has implemented an integrated management system for quality, environmental policy, and labour risk prevention according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards that affect and are the responsibility of each and every person who forms the company. Our management system is formalized in a set of manuals, procedures, and legal requirements or others subscribed by De Company, which are mandatory for all staff of the company, through which the elimination of hazards and risk reduction are guaranteed, safe and healthy working conditions are provided and the consultation and participation of all staff and its representation is encouraged.
TELTRONIC’s management makes clear its commitment to the quality, environmental, labour risk prevention management systems and the prevention of pollution, as well as the principles of continuous improvement, by making involving and making the entire organization aware of the importance of meeting customer requirements, respect for the environment, and the health and safety of our employees. TELTRONIC’s management promotes the processes approach and risk-based thinking creating risks and opportunities that can affect to compliance of products and services and the ability to increase customer satisfaction. With the definition of this policy, evaluations and annual reviews of the integrated management system are carried out, objectives and indicators established, and the availability of duly trained resources ensured in order to achieve these objectives.
