The position will focus on the preparation, execution control and support for closure justification of projects supported by national and international grant or financing programmes.

Responsabilities:

The candidate will work as part of the PMO and collaborate with project managers, technical teams and corporate support areas. The key responsibilities are:

• Prepare project proposals during the application phase, coordinating technical, planning, budgetary and administrative inputs and ensuring consistency with the applicable programme requirements.

Teltronic is seeking a professional with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or a related field to join the company as a Production Planner.

Main Responsabilities:

• Production Planning
  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
  • Schedule customer orders in line with available capacity and delivery deadlines.
• Order Management
  • Enter and validate customer orders in the ERP and financial systems.
  • Coordinate with the Project Management team to prioritize orders.
• Internal Communication
  • Keep internal stakeholders informed of order status and any deviations from plan.
  • Act as the coordination point for resolving cross-functional issues.
• Monitoring and Control
  • Monitor compliance with the production plan and propose corrective actions when required.
  • Analyze and report performance indicators, including OTD, capacity, and efficiency.

Education:

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms.
• Knowledge of MRP, production planning, and production control.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong aptitude for mathematics and statistics.
