Teltronic is participating in Atlas 26, a joint exercise of the Spanish Armed Forces taking place from 19 to 23 October in Huelva, bringing together units from the Spanish Army, Navy, Air and Space Force, and State Security Forces and Corps, along with companies, universities and experimentation centres.
The exercise aims to evaluate the joint response to various threats, testing different technologies and procedures in highly demanding operational scenarios. Among other aspects, Atlas 26 places particular emphasis on command and control capabilities, interoperability and the integration of the different systems deployed, including the use of 5G technology.
In this context, Teltronic has deployed a rapidly deployable 5G tactical solution, designed to provide advanced broadband communications in scenarios where agile, flexible and robust connectivity is required. During the exercise, the company will demonstrate the performance of this solution for data and video transmission, providing connectivity to the different equipment and devices deployed, with the low latency and high capacity required for effective operational coordination.

This solution makes it possible to establish broadband communications infrastructure wherever operational needs require specific, temporary or rapidly deployable coverage, providing connectivity to different devices, systems and applications. The system also incorporates MCX capabilities for mission-critical communications and Teltronic’s CeCoCo control centre, making it possible, when required by the scenario, to extend communication coordination and management capabilities from a single platform and integrate voice communications.
“Atlas 26 gives us the opportunity to demonstrate in the field some of the capabilities we can bring to new operational scenarios and represents a further step in consolidating our dual-use technology offering for the defence sector,” explained Teltronic’s CTO, Alfredo Calderón, who highlighted Teltronic’s extensive experience in the design and deployment of mission-critical systems worldwide.
