From 22 to 25 September, Berlin will once again become the meeting point for the global railway industry with the celebration of a new edition of InnoTrans. Widely regarded as the sector’s leading international exhibition, the event will bring together manufacturers, operators, integrators and transport authorities to present the technologies and solutions that will shape the future of rail transport in the years ahead.
As in previous editions, Teltronic will be present at this key industry event to showcase its latest innovations in critical communications for transportation. The company will take the opportunity to present its private broadband networking solutions as an enabler of the digitalisation and modernisation of railway operations, providing the communications capabilities required to improve the safety, efficiency and connectivity of transport systems.
One of the main highlights of Teltronic’s booth will be a demonstration based on a private 5G network and MCX technology. This environment will recreate real-time train-to-ground voice, data and video communications, showcasing the capabilities of the solutions the company has developed to address the railway sector’s evolving operational needs.
The demonstration will be complemented by the integration of different elements from Teltronic’s technology ecosystem, including the NG CeCoCo next-generation Control Centre and the RTP-800 onboard radio, designed to ensure reliable and secure communications in increasingly demanding railway environments. Alongside its broadband solutions, Teltronic will also showcase its TETRA capabilities, highlighting how both technologies can coexist and be integrated to meet the diverse operational requirements of railway operators and infrastructure managers.
In addition, Teltronic will share with visitors and industry professionals the company’s latest progress in the field of FRMCS (Future Railway Mobile Communication System). The company will demonstrate how it is working to facilitate the transition towards this new generation of railway communications and present its vision of the technological evolution the sector will undergo over the coming decade.
