Teltronic has completed its tenth consecutive participation in the MCX Plugtests, thereby consolidating a continuous track record in the leading international forum for interoperability validation of mission critical services based on 3GPP standards. This sustained presence reflects the company’s commitment to the development of open technologies, early standards validation and the verification of the joint operation of solutions in multi-vendor environments.
Organized by ETSI with the support of the Critical Communications Association (TCCA) and the International Union of Railways (UIC), the 10th MCX Plugtests brought together manufacturers and other industry stakeholders to carry out interoperability testing over 4G and 5G networks for services such as MCPTT, MCData and MCVideo.
In this edition, Teltronic participated with its MCX NovaX platform, both client and server, its next-generation control centre NG CeCoCo and its private 4G and 5G networks.
Among the aspects evaluated during the sessions were the use of eMBMS, mission critical quality of service and various interoperability use cases, including ad-hoc group calls and the evolution of communications towards emergency calls, among others.
In addition, Teltronic once again took part in the Observer Demo, a particularly relevant space within the event where different interoperability scenarios between solutions from various vendors are showcased to other participants and ecosystem observers.
