Teltronic is seeking a Sales Manager for its Mexico City office to develop new business relationships and generate new opportunities in the critical communications sector in Mexico.
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop new business relationships and generate new opportunities for the company.
- Manage the distributor network.
- Administer and develop the sales channel, ensuring all sales administration is kept up to date.
- Respond to offers and information requests in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for all customer proposals, contracts, and any other documentation.
- Demonstrate motivation and a keen attention to detail to ensure all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
- Analyze and follow up on Federal, State, and Municipal tenders.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in technical sales within the critical communications sector.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Government Sales and in the telecommunications sector.
- Experience in the critical communications sector is desirable.
- Experience in Public Safety, and in federal, state, and municipal tenders is desirable.
- Strong commercial skills and ability to interact with government clients at both operational and senior levels (e.g., Secretariats, C5, C4).
- Ability to research and identify opportunities.
- Experience in pipeline creation and performance measurement.
- Willingness to travel across all 32 states of Mexico in accordance with company policies.
- High motivation and a desire to build a professional career in the critical communications sector within an international company.
