Teltronic, a leading company in the development, supply and operation of critical communications networks, is looking for a person with a technical profile to join the Marketing Area as Product Manager at its headquarters in Zaragoza.

What are the essential skills for this position?
- Training or professional experience in technological fields related to the telecommunications and/or IT market.
- Ability to work in an international environment.
- Customer focus with a balance between a technical profile and a commercial vision.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
What will be your responsibilities?
Depending on your previous professional profile and after a period of internal training and onboarding, your main responsibilities in relation to the assigned product line will be the following:
- PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND MARKET SURVEILLANCE

- Identify needs and requirements for new solutions to be incorporated to Teltronic's portfolio according to the company's strategy.
- Analyse the critical communications market as a whole: identify customer requirements, analyse similar solutions offered by competitors, establish pricing policies and monitor the evolution of radio communication technologies, especially 3GPP.
- Making decisions in the framework of the evolution of the product line with a global company vision: providing a balance between risk, return on investment and technical aspects.
- RELATIONS AND INTERLOCUTION:

- To be the point of contact with the R&D area that carries out product development within Teltronic: synchronising the roadmap of new functionalities and establishing priorities according to the market.
- Maintain continuous communication both with the Operations Area that deploys and maintains company solutions and Teltronic subsidiaries, mainly in Brazil, Mexico, USA and Canada, to gather customer feedback on requirements and improvement needs.
- Identify key suppliers of new solutions and manage the relationship with them to synchronise their roadmaps with Teltronic's business needs.
- SALES PROMOTION

- Support the Marketing and Communication processes by participating in big events, public events representing Teltronic and generating digital content.
- Provide support to the Sales and Presales areas in promotion tasks, making demos and defining the winning strategy from a technical and commercial point of view.
- Become the reference person for the Sales and Presales areas in the assigned business line, and lead internal training actions that help them to increase their knowledge of Teltronic's portfolio and its key selling points compared to our competitors.
It would be great if in addition to the essential skills, your background and profile would include some of the following requirements...
- Knowledge of any radio communications technology such as TETRA, P25, DMR, 3GPP technologies such as 4G or 5G, or other IP communication technologies.
- Previous experience as a Product Manager in technology markets... or related to telecommunication solutions.
- Experience in the implementation of solutions in vertical markets such as Defence, Public Safety, Transport, Industry or critical infrastructures.
- Technical autonomy in the preparation and execution of demonstrations and organisation of pilots in Promotion phases.
- Knowledge of other languages such as French, Portuguese (or others).

Teltronic is seeking a Sales Manager for its Mexico City office to develop new business relationships and generate new opportunities in the critical communications sector in Mexico.
The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Develop new business relationships and generate new opportunities for the company.
- Manage the distributor network.
- Administer and develop the sales channel, ensuring all sales administration is kept up to date.
- Respond to offers and information requests in a timely manner.
- Be responsible for all customer proposals, contracts, and any other documentation.
- Demonstrate motivation and a keen attention to detail to ensure all sales opportunities are captured and explored.
- Analyze and follow up on Federal, State, and Municipal tenders.
- Identify new projects and business opportunities.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in technical sales within the critical communications sector.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Government Sales and in the telecommunications sector.
- Experience in the critical communications sector is desirable.
- Experience in Public Safety, and in federal, state, and municipal tenders is desirable.
- Strong commercial skills and ability to interact with government clients at both operational and senior levels (e.g., Secretariats, C5, C4).
- Ability to research and identify opportunities.
- Experience in pipeline creation and performance measurement.
- Willingness to travel across all 32 states of Mexico in accordance with company policies.
- High motivation and a desire to build a professional career in the critical communications sector within an international company.
