Teltronic has participated in the fifth edition of the FRMCS Plugtests, an event organized by ETSI and UIC that brings together railway manufacturers and operators to validate the interoperability of solutions based on 3GPP standards. With this participation, the company marks its ninth consecutive presence in these testing sessions, including both FRMCS and MCX Plugtests.
On this occasion, the company not only deployed its complete solution —5G infrastructure, MCX NovaX server and client, CeCoCo dispatcher, and RTP-800 onboard radio— but was also the official 5G network provider for the event, a recognition that highlights its experience and performance in previous editions.
During the test sessions and demonstrations for regulators and operators, Teltronic validated critical functionalities such as ad-hoc group calls and priority calls, meeting the Critical Quality of Service (MC 5QI) requirements defined by the FRMCS standard.
Teltronic’s 5G system delivered outstanding performance, participating in almost all demos and most test sessions, earning widespread recognition from organizers and observers.
In addition, the company showcased a comprehensive demonstration of its portfolio, consolidating its position as an end-to-end player in the FRMCS ecosystem, capable of delivering complete solutions from infrastructure to mission-critical applications.
Through this participation, Teltronic reaffirms its commitment to innovation and interoperability, actively contributing to the evolution of the railway sector toward mission-critical communications over 5G networks.
