Teltronic is part of the EURO‑3C consortium, one of the most ambitious technological initiatives promoted by the European Union to advance towards a federated infrastructure integrating Telco, Edge, Cloud and AI capabilities under an open and secure model that strengthens the continent’s digital sovereignty. The company thus joins a strategic project that brings together operators, research centers and technology companies with the goal of building a common architecture for the critical digital services of the future.

The EURO‑3C project —European Cloud‑Cloud‑Continuum— aims to develop a European Edge Computing platform that connects distributed network, processing and advanced service capabilities. This infrastructure will enable essential applications based on AI, secure communications, industrial automation, or high‑availability digital public services, all under common standards of interoperability, security, and resilience.

The project was presented at the latest edition of the Mobile World Congress

EURO‑3C was officially presented at the latest edition of the Mobile World Congress (MWC), with representation from a large number of consortium members. “The project will federate the efforts of a broad range of European actors around a common goal: building a convergent, secure and sovereign communications ecosystem for the benefit of the industrial sectors that develop and use technology, as well as society as a whole,” said Renate Nikolay, Deputy Director‑General at the Directorate‑General for Communications Networks, Content and Technology (DG CONNECT) of the European Commission.

“For Teltronic, being part of EURO‑3C represents a decisive boost that recognizes our experience in critical communications and allows us to contribute to defining the next generation of European digital infrastructures,” said the company’s Product Marketing Director, Marta Fontecha, who attended the project’s presentation.

With its incorporation into EURO‑3C, Teltronic reaffirms its position at the forefront of innovation in professional communications, adding this project to other strategic programmes such as EUCCS or Morane 2, which are redefining the future of telecommunications in Europe in essential fields such as public safety and transportation.
