Main Responsibilities

Lead and grow Teltronic’s sales in the French market, identify strategic opportunities, and manage key relationships in the field of critical communications, particularly in the transport, energy, and other industrial sectors.

• Develop the commercial activity of our critical communications solutions in France.
• Manage relationships with railway operators, integrators, and public institutions.
• Represent Teltronic at trade shows, events, and European consortiums.

Profile

• Higher education in telecommunications/electronics engineering, business development, or international trade.
• Professional fluency in French (bilingual) is mandatory – Spanish language skills required.
• Initial residence in Zaragoza (Spain) or willingness to relocate.
• Availability for regular travel within France.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in business development of technological solutions for public institutions, transport operators, and major accounts in the telecommunications sector (preferably in critical communications).
• Strong asset: experience in railway sector projects such as GSM-R, FRMCS, signaling, intelligent transport, etc.

We are looking for a Backend Software Developer with knowledge of Java and C/C++ to join the Applications Area of TELTRONIC’s R&D Department.

In our Applications Area, we design and develop next-generation communications systems: from MCX servers and mobile applications to control and coordination centers.

We fully develop all these products to provide complete solutions for public safety and security forces, civil protection agencies, medical services, and fire brigades worldwide, as well as for transportation systems.

The platform includes real-time VoIP services with access from desktop applications, geographic information systems, interaction with communications and railway infrastructures, as well as the development of communication protocols and even low-level embedded software.

Teltronic is looking to hire an RF Engineer to carry out radio planning activities in order to meet radio design requirements in RFPs and project deployments for TETRA and LTE technologies.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Analyzing the needs and requirements of the projects involved and determining the optimal solution and alternatives
• Carrying out site evaluation and selection, taking into account the RF regulations of the country of implementation
• Generating reports related to the proposed design as required
• Using planning tools to input and extract data in order to generate predictions
• Drafting indoor and outdoor radio design solutions to address network issues, which will be reviewed by the Radio Planning Manager
• Assisting in system design, dimensioning, balancing, and traffic analysis
• Establishing specific RF parameters for the system/site to be integrated
• Defining coverage acceptance test plans for projects and correlating field results with predictions

Job description:

The vacancy is located in Zaragoza (Spain) and the Project Manager selected will be responsible for leading the project and solution involved. This person will be responsible in dealing with the different groups and resources in the company and dealing with the customer needs to fulfil the Project and Customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, communicate, and implement the project; monitor the progress and performance; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
• Lead the systems design, detailing interfaces, configuration, user profiles and architecture design.
• Identify, develop, and gather the resources necessary to complete the project. This may include preparing complex engineering standards, designs and work specifications; and selecting materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors if required in coordination with the stakeholders involved.
• Liaise with other areas in the organization to secure the project.
• Assure the coordination of requirements with R&D and external subcontractors.
• Conduct project meetings with the customer and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project
• Coach and mentor project staff and assist them to solve problems.
• Follow-Up the project issues raised during T&C phases.
