Funções:

• Manutenção, montagem e reparo de productos eletrônicos: correção de defeitos eletrônicos, suporte ao cliente.

Formação profissional e Experiência:

Ensino Técnico em Eletrotécnica completo ou área relacionada;

• Experiência como técnico em eletrônica, em equipamentos y sistemas de telecomunicações.
• Conhecimentos em solda de estanho
• Experiência em configuração de equipamentos de rede: roteadores, switches e etc.,

Teltronic is seeking a Telecommunications Technician, with the necessary skills and interest to develop his / her professional career in transportation sector performing product configuration, V&V test, training and customer support during project development and commissioning stages.

He/She has the responsibility and duty to support and perform project activities:

• Training and developing customer skills on Teltronic’s API products.
• Designing and configuring technical solution to cover project functional requirements (requirements identification and analysis, technical documentation…).
• Defining and executing deployment T&C stages.

To incorporate to a lead telecommunications company, in the Transportation Business Unit with the opportunity to develop a professional career on transportation sector.

Responsabilities:

• Provide training and technical support to customer during its development based on Teltronic APIs.
• Provide support to the project teams and manufacturing department on engineering processes, design, and documentation.
• Development of technical documentation related to the projects such test protocols, user procedures and guidelines.
• Product configuration and integration test related to the projects.
• Deployment and installation support to project team.
• SW tools development to support and increase project analysis capabilities.

Qualifications:

Telecommunications/Computer Engineering Degree or Higher Education Certificate

Essential skills and experience:

• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Networking, TCP/IP, NAT, Routing, Firewalls
• Basic electronic/electric knowledge

Desirable skills and experience:

• Some experience on Transport Engineering, involved on technical solution design and system integration.
• Other languages (Portuguese, French)
• Hazard Prevention Course
• Professional Mobile Radiocommunication and / or mobile telephony.
• TETRA, DMR, P25, LTE systems. Trunking and PMR
