
Teltronic’s senior management declares that quality and environmental control is a constant objective, as well as the continuous improvement of all the company’s products, processes and services, with the ultimate aim of achieving maximum customer satisfaction. .
Teltronic’s senior management promises to achieve this aim through a Quality and Environmental policy which affects and is the responsibility of everyone working for the company. This Quality and Environmental policy is put into practice through a standard system, according to the following norms: UNE-EN-ISO 9001 y UNE-EN-ISO 14001 which are described in the Quality and Environmental Manual, with associated procedures and legal requirements, which must be followed by all company personnel.
Teltronic follows a Quality Control programme according to the EFQM model. The Company’s senior management considers this programme a strategic objective and the success and continuity of this to be a key factor in its competitiveness and consequently, a guarantee of the company’s future.
Teltronic’s senior management will promote and support all initiatives leading to the fulfilment of the proposed objectives, providing the necessary resources and training to carry them out.
As part of the general policy of improvement and inclusion of all Company employees, in 2002, Teltronic was recognized as a Spanish Company that demonstrates a high level in its business practices according to the EFQM model (European Foundation for Quality Management), exceeding 400 points in an external test.
This prize for business excellence was awarded by the 400 Business Club (Club Empresa 400 in Spanish) following the test, using the criteria of the E.F.Q.M. Model of Excellence, undertaken by Novotec Soluziona S.A. This recognition of European quality demonstrates an integral management system with such priorities as customer satisfaction and economic efficiency; it also recognizes Teltronic’s commitment to maintaining quality levels and the constant improvement of its practices.
